GRATUITIES in the following amounts will be charged to each individual’s folio. • Housekeeper $3.00 per room, per day 
• Bell Staff $5.00 per person, roundtrip 
Gratuities and service charges are non-taxable. 
These rates are European plan (no meals included), single or double occupancy rates. There will be an additional $15.00 charge for a third person in a room. No more than three adults per room are allowed. There is no additional charge for up to two children twelve and under when sharing a room with one or two adults.

Reservations will be made individually, to be accepted they must be guaranteed by one credit card, two nights deposit, either cash or credit card. All Individual accounts must be settled prior to group departure 
By August 20, 2024, all room nights which have not been reserved as described above will be deemed to be room nights which attendees will not use, and will be returned to the Hotel's general inventory. Should the courtesy room block be filled prior to the cut-off date, Hotel will secure additional rooms on blocks of 20 rooms per night, with arrival on September 23, 2024 and departure date on September 29 2024; until occupancy levels permit. Hotel and Client agree to review room pick up every two weeks to discuss and decide if additional rooms can be added to the courtesy room block. Any reservation received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and/or rate available basis only.

NOTE: Transportation to and from ASF for the following hotels will depend on the number of people using these secondary hotels. We will do our best to provide this service from each hotel, but this will depend on the reservation numbers in the end.

Reservation Procedures:
Delegates are responsible for making their own individual reservations. Please have delegates call our Reservations Department at any of the numbers below. Your delegates will be requested to provide a credit card to guarantee their reservations and a non-refundable charge (unless Force Majeure clause is applicable) equal to a two (2) night’s stay (plus applicable taxes and resort fee) will be processed to the credit card provided as guarantee.
