This Train-the-Trainer series is designed for educators who already have a foundational understanding of Universal Design for Learning and some experience putting it into practice. Rather than introducing the basics of the framework, this experience focuses on building the facilitation skills needed to effectively lead UDL-aligned professional learning for adults.

Participants will strengthen their mindset, deepen their understanding of adult learning principles, and design engaging, interactive sessions that model UDL in action. Throughout the series, trainers will learn how to address common implementation barriers and support sustainable practice, leaving prepared to confidently guide others in meaningful UDL implementation.
