Future Ready Learning for Every Role in the School Community

By: Dana Specker Watts
International Schools Services (ISS)

At ISS, we're preparing educators and staff across the globe to thrive in an ever-evolving educational landscape. Through ISS EDUlearn® , our online professional learning platform, we’re helping schools ensure every team member — not just faculty — has access to the tools, strategies, and mindset needed to be future-ready. One recent success story comes from a school in the Tri-Association region that adopted our ISS EDUlearn Passport, allowing their entire staff — from classroom teachers to operations teams — to engage in learning around innovation, student agency, DEIJ, and well-being. Staff reported feeling seen, valued, and more connected to the school’s mission. With on-demand access to 150+ courses, ongoing live workshops throughout the year, and subtitles in over 230 languages, the ISS EDUlearn Passport is helping international schools bring their professional learning goals to life.

Think about what makes platforms like Netflix so successful: they know their audience, keep them engaged, and continuously evolve based on their preferences and needs. Now imagine if the professional learning at your school reflected those same principles: personalized, engaging, and always evolving to meet the needs of your educators, support staff, and leadership teams. That’s the vision behind ISS EDUlearn.

We believe a future-ready school is one where everyone learns. Want to hear more stories or explore how this could work for your school? Visit www.iss.education/edulearn or contact Dr. Dana Specker Watts, Director of Learning, Research & Outreach at dwatts@iss.edu.
